Please be advised that an amendment has been made to the Whistleblower Coverage under the Supplemental Coverage section, specifically clauses 2(c) and 2(d). New language has been added to clarify that AXA XL’s reimbursement of associated costs or loss of income is contingent upon the member submitting a written report of the whistleblower activity to the Participating Association within 60 days of their termination of employment.
