General Description of the Committee
The Engineers Nova Scotia Student Affairs Committee (SAC) coordinates and manages all student services. Engineers Nova Scotia administers a number of programs for Engineering Students and provides speakers for schools and other interested groups to talk about Engineering, as well as act as Judges at Science Fairs.
Core Function - Promote the engineering profession and Engineers Nova Scotia to students at all levels - primary school through to university. Provide information regarding the engineering profession and promote the profession and engineering organizations to students at all levels.
Composition of Committee - Not less than three members at large, a member from Dalhousie University engineering faculty, a student member representing Dalhousie University Undergraduate Engineering Society (DUES) and faculty representative from each of the Associated Universities.
