Environmental Regulation (April 21st, 2016)

Katherine MacLeod, P.Eng., an Environmental Engineer at Nova Scotia Environment provided an overview of the Environment Act and the associated Regulations and Standards. A summary of the most common activities in the province that require environmental approval and the role Professional Engineers play in the submission of applications was discussed.
