Company renewals are approaching. Take a few steps now to prepare by reviewing your company details, confirming your contacts, and checking your account access. 

What should Company Administrators do now? 

• Review your company information and confirm that: 
• Your company contact information is current. 
• The right people, including the correct Company Administrator, are listed for your organization. 
• You can access the account used to manage company information. 
• You’re watching for renewal emails from Engineers Nova Scotia. 

This helps renewal information reach the right people and ensures you can access your company account when needed. 

Not sure whether you’re the Company Administrator? 

If you manage your organization’s information or renewal but aren’t sure you’re listed as the Company Administrator, check now: 

1. Sign in to the myEngNS Portal at portal.engineersnovascotia.ca using your email address (not your company number). 

2. If you can’t sign in, select Forgot Password to receive a reset link by email. 

3. On the right side of your dashboard, look for Company Administrator. Your company name appears on a blue button. 

4. If your company is listed, you’re a Company Administrator. Select the button to review your company information and invoices. 

Don’t see the option? You may not be listed as an administrator. A Company Administrator doesn’t have to be an engineer. To confirm or update who’s listed, contact us at the address below.
