Temporary Fee Reduction for CertifiO Digital Signatures

Engineers Nova Scotia provides members with access to a digital signature through CertifiO from Notarius. CertifiO is a verified digital identity that confirms a member’s civic identity, professional designation, and authorization to practise. Each use of the digital signature validates the signer’s current status and supports the integrity and non-repudiation of electronic documents.

Limited-Time Reduced Fee

From November 28 to December 31, 2025, members may order a CertifiO's digital signature at a reduced one-time sign-up fee of $50 (regular fee $109). Members can order their digital signature through the link here.

This will direct you to the Notarius website, where they will work with Engineers Nova Scotia to verify your personal and membership information and process the appropriate payment. This limited-time offer provides an opportunity for members to obtain a verified digital signature at a lower cost while ensuring the integrity of their electronic records.
