The Safety Branch continues to expand Nova SAFE with new safety topics and trusted resources. In the most recent update, they added six new topics and made updates to two existing topics.

• Radiation
• Radon
• Silica
• Working Near Water

• Personal Protective Equipment
• Violence

Nova SAFE is a mobile-friendly resource designed to help Nova Scotian employers, supervisors, and workers easily access important safety information. You can find plain language summaries, helpful definitions, and direct links to legislation. The site also uses Google Translate, allowing users to read information in more than 240 languages.
