Engineers Nova Scotia is pleased to announce that registration is now open for the 2025 Professional Development Conference and the Annual Business Meeting & Engineering Excellence Gala, taking place on October 21 and 22, 2025. This two-day experience brings together engineering professionals from across the province for a unique combination of learning, leadership, recognition, and community connection. We are now offering early bird pricing—register soon to take advantage of discounted rates.
 

The Professional Development Conference returns on October 21 with a full day of sessions designed to inspire, share, and equip engineers at every stage of their careers. With three concurrent learning streams, attendees can tailor their experience to focus on technical knowledge, leadership growth, or emerging trends in the industry. The day includes a light breakfast, access to all sessions, a keynote luncheon, and networking opportunities with over 200 professionals. A professional headshot station will also be available throughout the day. Attendees will earn 5 Professional Development Hours (PDHs). 
 

On October 22, the Annual Business Meeting will offer key updates on engineering regulatory from leadership, including annual reports, financial updates, and the introduction of the 2025–2026 Council. The is an opportunity for you to engage and ask questions. You can choose to attend in person or online. This hybrid-format session is free to attend and provides 2–3 PDHs for those participating.
 

The day concludes with the President’s Reception & Engineering Excellence Gala, a celebration of the individuals and achievements shaping the future of engineering in Nova Scotia.
