Both the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick (APEGNB) and Engineers PEI have suspended the License to Practice of Ms. Hélène Thériault, of Moncton, NB. A copy of the statement released by APEGNB is available HERE.

Ms. Thériault and her firm, Ingenierie Match Engineering Inc., were both registered with Engineers Nova Scotia as a professonal engineer and member company respectively; however, both Ms. Thériault and Ingenierie Match Engineering Inc. resigned as registrants with Engineer Nova Scotia in early 2024.

Upon learning of issues in New Brunswick, Engineers Nova Scotia has made several inquiries to determine if Ms. Thériault or her firm have been involved in any engineering projects in Nova Scotia, including direct questions to Ms. Thériault herself, and to date Engineers Nova Scotia has found no evidence linking Ms. Thériault to any Nova Scotia projects.
