Revision to Nova Scotia Environment (NSE) Ministerial Protocols Checklists & Forms

On October 31^st, 2019 all eleven checklists and forms associated with the Contaminated Sites Program Ministerial Protocols were updated on NSE’s Ministerial Protocols webpage (https://novascotia.ca/nse/contaminatedsites/protocols.asp ).

Effective November 1^st, 2019 the revised forms are to be used in accordance with all Contaminated Sites Regulations and associated Ministerial Protocols submissions. In using the forms/checklists, the format is not to be altered, edited or revised.
