Student-Professional Pizza Socials—These events provide an informal discussion forum with students about what it’s really like after university. Grab a slice of pizza and share your experiences with the engineering students about what it’s like to work in your world; whether in government or private sector, research and development or production, in the field or in the office. Time and time again we hear from the students that this is a very valuable opportunity for them to ask questions that help them decide what employment sectors are right for them after graduation. Many members who have participated in the past have found the experience to be equally rewarding.
