Six sigma green belt programs cover DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-control) methodology and associated tools needed to complete a green belt project. Six Sigma is a methodology that combines process speed with quality.

• Comprehensive introduction to concept of six sigma.
• Understand Implementation of Six Sigma throughout a project.
• Learn and use the basic and advanced tools and know the places to implement them.
• Develop insight into identifying and solving various issues.

Six Sigma Green Belt Workshops serves two purposes.

• Define: Define the project goals and improvement.
• Measure: Measure process performance.
• Analyze: Analyze the process to find the root causes.
• Improve: Improve the process by eliminating defects.
• Control: Sustaining the changes made in the Improve phase to assured results and control future process performance.
