The Nova Scotia Federation of Agriculture has commissioned Rural Roots to study the potential impacts of the province-wide adoption of Part 2: Farm Buildings of the National Building Code, 2020.  As part of this process, we are soliciting feedback from stakeholders in the design, construction, insurance, and finance industries.

You and your members are invited to attend a seminar outlining the research thus far, covering:

·  major changes in code requirements for farm buildings 

·  number of buildings affected in the province 

·  economic impact of adoption
