Sizzle, Strengthen and BURN your way through this athletic Pilates class incorporating repetitious, dynamic sequences for a full body workout. We target abs, obliques, glutes, thighs, and upper body. Class incorporates a variety of props for increased resistance and challenge and works the body from head to toe.
Hosted by the Emerging Professionals committee. The class will be followed by light refreshments.
