Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 3, as the Emerging Professionals Committee has planned a group surf lesson with Lawrencetown Beach's renowned East Coast Surf School!

Never surfed before? No worries! The school's excellent surf instructors will guide you through each step. The $65 registration fee includes a day's rental of a board and wetsuit as well as a one-hour lesson.

Full location details: Search “East Coast Surf School” on Google Maps and find the location in the main parking lot of Lawrencetown Beach Provincial Park.

Equipment: Bring normal beach attire, including a bathing suit, towel and sunscreen.

Timing: It is recommended that attendees arrive 30 minutes early to get fitted into a wetsuit. Following the lesson, attendees are welcome to play in the waves and practice surfing until the beach closes at 6:00 pm. 

Waiver: Upon arrival at the event, attendees must sign a waiver with East Coast Surf School to be eligible to participate.
