Team registrations are now being accepted for this year's National Engineering Month Bonspiel. Each team must consist of at least 2 Engineers Nova Scotia registrants. Every team will get to play 4 one hour (4-end) games. Compete to establish your team's bragging rights for the year as Nova Scotia's top engineering curling team! The cost is $200/team, including pizza in the lounge after the games. There are only 8 team spaces available, so register today!

Schedule:

• 12:30 PM Club and lounge opens
• 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM – Meet & Greet
• 1:15 PM to 2:15 PM – Game 1
• 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM – Game 2
• 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM – Social Break & Snacks (Ice Maintenance)
• 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM – Semi-Final
• 5:15 PM to 6:15 PM – Final
• 6:15 PM to 7:30 PM – Pizza & Prizes

Format: Ranking for the playoffs will use a points system as follows:

• 2pts for winning a game
• 1pt for a tie
• 0 pts for losing the game

As we are only playing 2 games for seeding the teams for the playoff bracket, we will inevitably need tiebreakers:

• 1^st tie-breaker: Total +/- from the final score of Games 1 and 2
• 2^nd tie-breaker: The sum of the “points for” your team scored in Games 1 and 2
