Level 1.0: Foundations in Diversity and Inclusion is a general audience certificate, provided to individuals with little or no background on these topics. It consists of three courses-with each course being provided on various different dates.

Level 2.0: Antiracism certificate is intended for leaders, practitioners, consultants and the general public. It is essential to helping learners build the professional competencies needed to navigate the subject of race and race relations in the workplace. Courses in this bundle address a broad set of topics from the institutional origins of racism to how individuals can contribute to dismantling workplace racism through allyship.

Level 2.0: D&I Influencer is a certificate intended for individuals and practitioners with some information and experience in equity, diversity, HR and/or inclusion. It arms participants with some of the best practices they can use to tackle pressing issues related to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. This certificate program consists of five new courses, but you are required to have completed the three foundational/fundamental courses contained in the Foundations in D&I bundle to receive the 'Influencer' certificate. Similarly, each course is provided on various different dates.
