The lines between our work and home lives are blended more so than ever before. As a result, many employees are reporting an increase in stress and overwhelm. To combat this, we need to be able set clear boundaries both professionally and personally so that we can accomplish our goals while avoiding burnout.

Our daily habits shape the way we live our lives and have a huge impact on our success as well as our overall happiness. It is easy to fall into behavioural habits that create stress and put our mental health in jeopardy.

As individuals we all have a responsibility to take care of ourselves and as leaders, we have a responsibility to model good habits and reach out to those who may be struggling.

Engineers are life long learners. This session is an opportunity to reflect on the habits that have brought you success and identify the ones that you want to change going forward.

Join us to learn:

  • Importance of setting boundaries

  • Making self care non-negatable

  • Stress management techniques
