Canada is the first in the world to introduce a National Standard on Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace.  It is a ground-breaking standard for workplace leaders and employees who recognize the need and benefits of actively creating a culture and the proven environmental conditions for the most successful workplaces of the future.  Whether you are a large organization or a small one, strategic action in the factor areas aligned to your organizational needs will correlate closely with employee fulfilment, engagement, competitive advantage and business success.

Come learn from case studies of organizations implementing change, the science that deepens the business case for a 13 factor conversation and learn how you personally can start making everyday changes that have big impact.  This lunch and learn will be relevant to both small and large organizations and to those in varied roles within the organization.
