The Nova Scotia Advisory Council on the Status of Women, in collaboration with Be The Peace Institute and MetaLab, is hosting Nova Scotia Women in 2020 Summit, starting Wednesday evening, Nov. 13, followed by two workshops on Thursday, Nov. 14, at the Westin Hotel, 1181 Hollis St., in Halifax.

We want to engage women in all their diversity from across the province. Nova Scotians who identify as women will have a chance to share their views and ideas on the forward path for women with respect to women’s rights and gender equality. Together, we will look to the future and examine the connections between gender equality, economic security, and safety.
