• New Account Required: All new applicants (after October 12, 2025) must create a new account to access and submit applications.
• Simplified Workflow: The portal now directs users from our website to the IMS online application form, with improved navigation and form logic.
• Application Types: The system supports multiple application types including EIT, assessment, reinstatement, and status changes.
• Smart Filtering: Users will only see application options relevant to their profile, reducing confusion and errors.
• Communication History: A new tab in the member portal tracks all communications related to your application.
