Description:

Long gone are the days of work staying at work and home staying at home.  The facts are that employers have a legal obligation to “accommodate” to the point of “undue hardship”.  Having said that, few employers understand that obligation and fewer are comfortable with the idea of learning about their employees personal situations.  Join Tanya Sieliakus, Managing Partner, HR pros Inc., and learn what the prohibited grounds of discrimination are, what accommodation is, and what your obligations are.
