This talk focuses on the importance of understanding values, attitudes and behaviours from various countries when working in the global economy.  By raising awareness of cultural differences, it facilitates trust and furthers mutual understanding and effective communication between individuals from different backgrounds.  I will talk about my experiences and provide exercises to examine our openness to differing views and values.
