Guideline for Use of the Professional Stamp
Originally published in 2019, the Guideline for Use of the Professional Stamp is intended to provide guidance to professional engineers on the proper use of the engineer’s stamp, which conveys the engineer’s professional responsibility for their work, and provides assurance to the public of the profession’s commitment to ethical behaviour and protection of the public.
This update includes modernization of language, guidance for the stamping of translated documents, and additional details and clarification regarding digital stamping.
