We are recruiting for a Project Engineer to join our team. 

We are expanding our team with an additional Project Engineer to support engineering activities in our growing community. The Project Engineer participates in the review of subdivision and development applications, coordinates engineering studies, and oversees the completion of approved capital projects. This position is based at the Lloyd E. Matheson Centre in Elmsdale, NS. 

What you can offer:  

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience; experience in the public sector would be an asset. 
  • You are a great multi-tasker, with experience managing projects and initiatives to completion, meeting your project requirements and deadlines. 
  • You are a strong relationship builder and technology, and have strong skills in MS OfficeIf you have experience working with accounting software, that would be an asset.
  • You are licensed, or eligible to be licensed, as a professional engineer or engineer-in-training with Engineers Nova Scotia.
  • You have a Valid Nova Scotia driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Annual Salary: $84,047- $105,059
