Engineers Nova Scotia Recruitment for Council Working Committees

Nov 2, 2020 12:00 AM

Good Afternoon fellow Professionals of Engineers Nova Scotia;

To meet its legislative and regulatory obligations, your Professional Association needs the support of licensed engineering professionals to volunteer for a range of Committees that report to the Engineers Nova Scotia Council. As of January 2021, we will have vacancies in our Finance and Audit, Complaints, and Honours and Awards Committees. These Committees execute duties, on behalf of Council,  that directly support self-regulation, ensure the health of the Association and protect the professional credibility of Nova Scotia’s engineering community.

As these volunteers will  perform very important regulatory duties, 5 years of experience as a Professional Engineer. (P.Eng.) is a must, and experience volunteering in a regulatory environment is highly desirable.

If you are interested in supporting self-regulation, growing as a professional, and contributing to your profession, we encourage you to apply by clicking here.

NOTE:  Please ensure that you download the PDF application and save the version that includes your information before forwarding along to Engineers Nova Scotia for consideration. If you do not save your application before sending it, the Association will receive a blank application.

Should you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to CEO & Registrar, Pal Mann, P.Eng. at or the COO & Treasurer, Kris Dove, P.Eng. at
