The Province has announced the Remediation of Boat Harbour in Pictou County will undergo a detailed Class II environmental assessment process under the province’s Environment Act. This process will be conducted by an Environmental Assessment Review Panel. The Nova Scotia Environment is now seeking applications for that panel. Panel members may be asked to participate in future assessment processes as well.
