Presenter's Bio:

As founder and CEO of the successful home medical device company, Uplift Technologies Inc. (now Carex Healthbrands Canada), Michael Speraw thrived on helping people connect with their potential and witnessing their transformation when they did—which sometimes proved completely different from what they were hired for.

A life-long practitioner of mindfulness meditation, Michael has served as a meditation instructor, teacher and adminstrator with organizations dedicated to personal growth. He serves on the board of Hospice Halifax to bring Halifax its first residential hospice facility. Michael holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.

Michael is a husband, father, and avid surfer in Nova Scotia. He also enjoys biking, and indoor bouldering.

Now completing certification with Coaches Training Institute (CTI), Michael chose the co-active coaching model because relationships are viewed as an active collaboration between equals where you, the client, define your purpose and goals.
