The essentials of Strategic Planning -- for project, team and organizational leaders. 

 
Whether you’re launching into strategic planning for the first time, or wanting to revisit the ways in which you approach it, this workshop provides an opportunity to look at the process of strategic planning, and discuss the essential ingredients for doing it well.  


Participants will have an opportunity to: 


• appreciate their leadership role in cultivating success – in the process, and the organization’s ability to implement;

• explore strategies for engaging team members and stakeholders in the process; and 

• break down key components of the planning process.
