Join Kris Dove, P.Eng., Director of Professional Affairs at Engineers Nova Scotia, and Conrad LeLièvre, P.Eng., for a session with valuable updates on important topics for engineers in Nova Scotia.

The Speakers:

Conrad LeLièvre has over 35 years of industrial and consulting engineering experience. Conrad has vast experience in occupational health and safety issues. Some of his areas of interest include machine safeguarding, pressure vessel repairs and alterations, hoist and lifting equipment certification, as well as hazard assessments. Conrad is a member of the Engineers Nova Scotia Public Safety Committee and he has participated on several advisory committees relating to OH&S Regulations reviews with the Government of Nova Scotia. Conrad has been a Registered Professional Engineer in Nova Scotia since 1978 and has been a holder of a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP) designation since 2003.

Kris Dove is the Director of Professional Affairs with Engineers Nova Scotia, the regulatory body for engineers in the province of Nova Scotia. He has worked with the association for six years, during which time he created and implemented a Professional Development program for professional engineers. Kris has also worked to implement a number of technology-based upgrades for the association, including a new database management system and electronic balloting for annual officer elections.
